We worked with a manufacturer to make these, and we had to commit to a CRAZY huge quantity to make this item. We stepped up to the plate, made them, and around 2013 or so, we discontinued this item. Fast forward to 2020 2021 and MANY of you guys bugged us to make them again. We worked with our manufacturer again, placed an order and the third brake lights are NOW

Terrific addition to your backpacking gear
I like this map holder for its versatility in holding different size maps. Once sealed, it was very effective at keeping moisture out and protecting the maps. I originally used this on a 13K mountain ascent. Worked great. The only thing that can be tricky at times is sealing the top. It's not as easy as sealing a typical zip-loc kitchen bag, takes some doing to get it to seal.
