Il se caractrise par son got dlicat de prune ume et une douceur infrieure celle de l'umeshu normal. Cet Umeshu est fabriqu partir de prunes Juuro locales (Ume) et est donc lgrement plus sucr que le Kokuto et le Sukkiri. Comme tous les Nagareume Umeshu, celui ci est mis en bouteille avec du sak et non avec de l'alcool industriel.
