It's very sturdy. It's very comfortable. It's not too soft. It's not too hard. I like it. I flip it when I sit in my chair when I'm on my iPad I can use the lower level when I'm relaxing. I flip it over and I use the the round part of it. It's just perfect for me.. I have plantar fasciitis and it really helps the heels of my feet.

Just the simple act of raising my feet up onto this heavenly soft foot rest makes a huge difference in how my back, legs, and feet feel at the end of the day.
