I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable. The strips were easy to apply and remove, and I typically left them on for 30 minutes each night before rinsing -- they stayed securely in place the whole time and didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, which made them even more comfortable to use.
I have somewhat sensitive teeth, and while I experienced a little extra sensitivity on just a couple of days, it wasn’t too bad and went away quickly.
